Campsite details
Adjacent to the Inn is our very own Campsite (previously operated by the Barn Door Shop) which offers basic facilities, ideally situated for a day on the fells
We now have new toilets exclusively for campers, a new sink/washup area and, for £1 each, hot showers! (towels/toiletries can be provided for an extra charge, with a refundable deposit required for towels)
The rules are simple:
No noise after 10pm , please think of others
No BBQ's or open fires
Price is £3.00 per person per night, pay on arrival at the hotel reception
We do not accept bookings at all, but space is not a problem other than on Bank Holiday weekends
The campsite is situated opposite the Inn on the right as you enter our car park. Access is on foot via the stile (there is no vehicle access but plenty of parking is available close by)
